Local Infusion

• Lead the payer onboarding and implementation process, working cross functionally with internal teams and systems to ensure timely, accurate setup • Establish and improve workflows, designing measurable, scalable processes that support efficient operations as Local Infusion grows • Diagnose operational inefficiencies by synthesizing data across the business, surfacing root causes, and recommending targeted improvements • Manage payer enrollment process for new locations, including, fee schedule uploads, EDI/EFT and clearinghouse enrollment, as well as the provider credentialing process • Apply project management skills to ensure all partners follow best practices, deliver on time, and make full use of available tools and systems • Develop and share performance insights with internal teams, collaborating cross-functionally on opportunities and challenges • Identify and execute process improvements that make onboarding and implementation more effective, in close collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Enterprise Growth, and Operations teams

• Coordinate utility setup, payments, and reporting following the execution of new leases. • Partner with local market teams to support timely, successful center openings, including resolving punch list items and maintaining consistency in quality standards. • Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with technicians, vendors, contractors, and field teams; track and report on work orders, communicating progress to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

• Manage the collections process for payer balances, setting targets for days sales outstanding (DSO) and aged AR • Identify root causes of denials and underpayments; implement process improvements to reduce recurring issues • Oversee end-to-end billing operations, including charge capture, claims submission, and denial management • Monitor key performance indicators (clean claim rate, denial rate, collection rate, AR aging) and report trends to leadership • Supervise, train, and develop billing/collections staff; set individual and team performance goals • Ensure compliance with payer contracts, coding guidelines, and applicable regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS rules) • Prepare monthly reporting and forecasts for revenue cycle performance • Lead audits and quality control related to billing practices • Report to the Director of Revenue Cycle

• Provide remote supervision over group of RN’s, performing chart audits and reviewing adherence to company policies • Assess and document the health status of new patients • Assist with annual staff review process including skill competency assessments • Openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers, such as order clarification, patient status, and plan of care • Work remotely but must be located in and licensed in Texas with working hours varying from 4-8hrs per week depending on the needs.

• Provide required physician supervision for nurse practitioners in accordance with state regulations in Texas • Conduct quarterly (at minimum) virtual meetings with supervised nurse practitioners to: • Review clinical cases • Provide guidance and mentorship • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care • Perform periodic chart reviews and quality assurance checks • Be available on an as-needed basis for clinical consultation • Collaborate with clinical leadership to support: • Ongoing quality improvement initiatives • Protocol development and updates • Compliance with regulatory and payer requirements • Maintain appropriate documentation of supervisory activities as required by the state

• Provide required physician supervision for nurse practitioners in accordance with state regulations in Pennsylvania • Conduct quarterly (at minimum) virtual meetings with supervised nurse practitioners to: • Review clinical cases • Provide guidance and mentorship • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care • Perform periodic chart reviews and quality assurance checks • Be available on an as-needed basis for clinical consultation • Collaborate with clinical leadership to support: • Ongoing quality improvement initiatives • Protocol development and updates • Compliance with regulatory and payer requirements • Maintain appropriate documentation of supervisory activities as required by the state

• Grow revenue for assigned locations by driving referrals from specialist physician offices prescribing infusion therapy. • Develop, maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders in your territory including specialist physician office staff, primary care providers, Pharmaceutical reps, payer case managers, benefits consultants and employers. • Work closely with providers, referral partners, and Local Infusion operations team to ensure positive outcomes for patients and physicians. • Increase brand recognition by attending networking events, conferences, local walks and other community functions. • Act as a liaison between referring practices and Local Infusion operations team to ensure physician practices are educated on referral processes and patients are captured timely. • Establish a positive and collaborative working relationship with pharmaceutical reps and other referral sources within territory. • Input timely and well-organized reports via CRM reporting, management tracking and expense platforms. • Meet & exceed sales quota. • Occasional night and weekend work required.

• The Regional Vice President of Operations (Central US - ideally based in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio) will contribute to the company’s growth and quality by leading the operational, clinical, and financial success of all infusion centers within their region. • Set and enforce standards, drive process excellence, and foster strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional patient outcomes, intake efficiency, and regional growth.
