Role Description As our studio develops AAA action-adventure games inspired by Indian epics, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Tools Programmer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing various tools that enhance our game development pipeline, ensuring an engaging and responsive development experience. Your expertise will directly contribute to streamlining workflows and improving overall efficiency within the studio. Core Mandate - Take ownership of a core topic of the team and have it progress in relation with other departments, likely other tech and content departments. - Mentor the other programmers of the project and participate to good practices. - Be force of proposal for improvements for our technology. Success Criteria - Tools Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly tools for the game development pipeline using C#, WPF, C++, and scripting languages. This includes creating tools that integrate seamlessly with our existing game mechanics, frameworks, and content creation workflows. - Collaboration & Integration: Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and programmers to proactively identify their pain points and translate them into intuitive, efficient tools and automations that empower the team. - Scalability & Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the adoption of best practices in Tools development. - Pipeline Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development pipeline through tool-driven solutions, enhancing productivity and quality across the studio. Role Description The Statistical Programmer Contractor is responsible for developing, validating, and maintaining SAS programming deliverables to support clinical study analysis and reporting. This role collaborates closely with Biostatistics and other cross-functional team members to produce high-quality, compliant datasets, tables, listings, and figures while ensuring adherence to project timelines, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and CDISC standards. - Program and validate tables, listings, figures, and derived datasets using SAS. - Develop SDTM and ADaM datasets and supporting documentation. - Prepare and review mapping specifications and annotated case report forms (CRFs). - Perform quality control and validation activities for programming deliverables. - Collaborate with study team members to identify, investigate, and resolve data and output issues. - Review study documents and provide input to improve programming quality, efficiency, and consistency. - Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-/inspection-ready programming documentation. - Communicate project status, risks, issues, and timeline impacts clearly to stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of relevant statistical programming experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry. - Phase 3 and regulatory submission experience preferred. - Strong SAS programming skills, with experience developing SDTM, ADaM, tables, listings, and figures. - Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and programming documentation. - High attention to detail, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
