• Own Zscaler’s CLM tools, including workflow design, template management, repository hygiene, reporting, integrations, and ongoing optimization • Build, test, and improve workflows that support the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, repository management, and renewal • Design scalable self-service processes and maintain contracting infrastructure such as playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and approval flows • Implement and iterate on AI-powered solutions for contract review, clause extraction, risk flagging, and knowledge management • Support operational processes and systems for Privacy, Product Legal, and Compliance, including data mapping, cookie tracking, and request management

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in legal operations, contract management, commercial operations, or a related role at a technology company
  • Hands-on CLM experience, including system administration, workflow design, template management, and reporting
  • Proven experience building and improving legal or compliance processes such as intake, approvals, playbooks, and templates
  • Experience with AI tools in contracting or business workflows, or a demonstrated readiness to lead AI-enabled process improvements
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Sales, and IT teams
