• Administer and maintain SnapNrack’s Acumatica ERP system, ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with business operations. • Configure and manage system modules, workflows, and business logic to support finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales processes. • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and role-based security to ensure proper system governance and data protection. • Implement, test, and deploy system enhancements, configuration changes, and upgrades. • Maintain system configuration documentation and support change management processes. • Design and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data inquiries using Acumatica tools (Generic Inquiries, Report Designer, Dashboards). • Support cross-functional teams with reporting and analytics needs for operational and financial decision-making. • Ensure data integrity across ERP transactions, master data, and system integrations. • Serve as the internal ERP subject matter expert supporting operations, finance, supply chain, engineering, and sales teams. • Provide troubleshooting support for system issues and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders or vendors as needed. • Deliver end-user training and guidance to ensure effective use of system capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience administering ERP or enterprise business systems.
- Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP strongly preferred; experience with similar cloud ERP platforms (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, Oracle) acceptable.
- Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP configuration, workflows, and system administration.
- Experience with ERP reporting tools (Generic Inquiries, SQL-based reporting, report builders).
- Familiarity with API integrations, data imports/exports, and system integrations.
- Understanding of role-based security models and system access controls.
- Working knowledge of key business processes including: Inventory & Supply Chain, Manufacturing / BOM management, Financial transactions and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and system governance.

Role Description As the Operations Finance Manager, you will serve as the strategic finance leader for our Power Distribution Services (PDS) business unit. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the full scope of financial processes that enable effective planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
