• Betreuung unserer Kunden in allen Fragen rund um die von uns betriebenen IT-Systeme • Installation, Betrieb und Wartung von Serversystemen inkl. entsprechender Dokumentation • Durchführung von Anpassungen an den Betriebssystemen und Anwendungsprogrammen • Analyse und Behebung auftretender Störungen im HW- und SW-Bereich im direkten Kontakt mit den Usern (1st und 2nd-Level-Support) • Administration von virtuellen Windows-Servern und der VMware-Plattform

Job Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld, Betriebssystemen und Hardware (z.B. Server, Storage, Backup, Switches, Router)
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft und mit der Arbeit im Systemhaus
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung, Teamplayer, eigenständige und strukturierte sowie proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
