Role Description Lead the design and development of security policies, custom integration with IAM Systems using identity standards such as SAML2, WS-Federation, Kerberos, OAuth2, SCIM, and LDAP. - Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across enterprise teams for PingID and Ping Federated authentication systems. - Provide leadership for the implementation of authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, and Directory services concepts. - Manage the service request or project schedule, communicates directly with business users, and acts as the supervisor for small team projects (as a team lead or small project facilitator) for task delegation. - Provide leadership for enforcing coding standards and guidelines while reviewing team members’ work, ensuring standards and best practices are followed. - Respond promptly to production issues by serving on an on-call rotation for the 24-hour support of the team’s systems as well as providing escalation support as needed to the other team members. - Provide leadership and support for MFA, OAuth, SAML, SSO, Federated authentication, directory services technologies including LDAP, SCIM, web servers, etc., along with web services technologies such as REST and SOAP. - Prepare the initial problem definition, defines the project scope and objectives, and determines specific requirements to be satisfied. - Design system solutions for all levels of service requests and applies cybersecurity guidelines/principles. - Lead the team for designing and developing custom modules, plugin-based Java, and Ping SDK as per requirements; integrates with Ping and Unit Test; and assists with deployment. This position can be performed remotely. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems and Network Administration, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or closely related field. Requirements - 5 years of experience in identity engineering related position. - Five years’ experience with Ping Federate, Ping ID or PingOneRisk. - Five years’ experience working with LDAP to generate IDP and SP initiated SSO request using POST and Redirect Protocols. - One year of supervisory/management experience. - Five years’ experience in identity authentication engineering position. - Experience utilizing SCIM. - Experience in designing and developing custom modules, plugin-based Java, and Ping SDK. • Serve as an expert in the support of application delivery and architecture, primarily NetScaler (Citrix ADC) as well as Citrix, and VMware Horizon presentation platforms • Ensure stability and performance of Epic access layers • Lead resolution of complex incidents and provide escalation guidance • Maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, and support procedures • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements • Oversee certificate management, integrations, TLS hardening, and secure configurations • Support risk assessment and mitigation for external access platforms • Contribute to development and update of DR strategies • Lead testing and validation to meet recovery objectives • Work with various teams to ensure coordinated service delivery • Advise on projects and technical stakeholder access implications • Contribute to change governance and execution across platforms • Contribute to service enhancements, capacity planning, technology refresh, and tuning • Assess emerging technologies to recommend improvements in access, reliability, and clinician experience

• Contribute to the design, development, optimisation, and operational management of our Client’s Epic EPR solution. • Ensure secure, resilient, and high‑performance access to Epic for clinical and operational users. • Manage complex technical activities related to Epic application delivery and availability alongside Epic experts. • Provide subject matter expertise for the architecture, design, and lifecycle planning of end user and application delivery platforms, focusing on the Epic ecosystem and its Load Balancing configurations. • Oversee certificate management, integrations, TLS hardening, and secure configurations.

• Lead the development of process models and perform advanced data analysis. • Lead chemical/physical/biological process evaluations, alternatives analyses, lifecycle cost analyses, and implementation of process optimizations. • Lead troubleshooting efforts of existing facilities, develop solutions for process issues. • Be responsible for the adhering to Quality Management Plan (QMP), decision, interim work, and deliverables for projects. • Oversee and guide junior staff in process design and definition, including mass and energy balances, process system requirements, equipment specifications, and preliminary design concepts. • Participate in technical innovation projects, including the implementation of new technologies and processes. • Lead the execution of experiments, evaluate technologies for implementation. • Lead physical/chemical/biological testing and analysis and data reporting. • Understand and deliver BC’s process related differentiating solutions. • Engage on pursuits, providing process related technical content for proposals and presentations. • As required, engage in process related risk assessment and mitigation strategies. • Contribute to regional conference presentations and/or publications, promoting BC’s brand. • Support the development and creation of continuing education and training, including on the latest technical advancements. • Actively mentor junior staff on development priorities and projects. • Support subject matter experts and practice leaders in ensuring BC Standards are accurate, up to date and complete. • Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
