Role Description Arch Capital Services, LLC., seeks Director, Strategic Analytics in White Plains, NY. - Responsible for leading the design and execution of automated diagnostic test plans in MLOps framework to ensure that our services meet the highest quality standards and business requirements. - Problem-solving, exploring and implementing new technology and processes to improve the QA framework. - Test Framework and Communication - Lead and execute a strategic roadmap for the MLOps testing framework. - Identify and implement process improvement to increase quality of the product and performance of the team. - Lead and execute a communication plan to keep stakeholders updated with testing status and reports. - Lead best practices of product requirements, technical execution plan, and testing objectives. - Test Planning and Execution - Lead and delegate project test plans and the QA lifecycle across the team. - Evaluate and oversee creation and modification of test cases, test data, and automated test scripts to align with best practices and standards. - Analyze new feature performance against established baselines. - Lead documentation efforts of defects and resolution. - Collaborate with QA engineers, project leads, and leadership. - Quality assurance with APIs and testing APIs using test automation resources such as Azure Portal, Function Apps, and Databricks. - Direct the creation of automation scripts. - Use SQL and Python for querying data. - Use Windows, Web Applications and/or Web Service environments for quality assurance framework. - Work with JIRA or similar Agile resources as well as multiple testing resources including HP ALM, HP LoadRunner, Selenium, ReadyAPI and/or SOAP UI. Qualifications - Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related software testing position. - Must have experience with: - Leading and/or supervising a cross functional team. - MLOps framework. - API automation Testing. - Azure, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Databricks. - Shaping the development of automation scripts. - SQL and Python. - Windows, Web Applications and/or Web Service environments. - Multiple testing resources including HP ALM, HP LoadRunner, Selenium, Ready API and SOAP UI. - Databases SQL, Azure SQL. - Testing frameworks including HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Cypress, and REST Assured. - Or in the alternate, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or related software testing position. - Must have experience with: - Leading and/or supervising a cross functional team. - MLOps framework. - API automation Testing. - Azure, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Databricks. - Shaping the development of automation scripts. - SQL and Python. - Windows, Web Applications and/or Web Service environments. - Multiple testing resources including HP ALM, HP LoadRunner, Selenium, Ready API and SOAP UI. - Databases SQL, Azure SQL. - Testing frameworks including HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Cypress, and REST Assured. - Able to telecommute from any location within the US. Requirements - For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. - $261,248 to $271,446 per year (White Plains, NY). - Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
