Role Description As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll serve as the connective tissue between Nema’s patients and clinical team. You’ll own the scheduling experience end-to-end, ensuring patients are consistently connected to care, provider calendars are optimized, and our multi-state operations run smoothly. You will work alongside Nema Peer Navigators to deliver high-quality, curriculum-driven group sessions during evening hours to match patient demand. About the Role We’re hiring a Product Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our product team. You’ll own the systems and workflows that keep Product, Clinical, and Operations aligned — from managing bug intake and feature requests to coordinating clinician account setup and supporting smooth feature rollouts.
