• Provide first-level HR support to Career Advisors and employees • Support HR systems and processes, including Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Payroll, Flexible Work Arrangements, Education Reimbursement, and other HR tools/processes • Initiate change requests in support of day-to-day business activities as directed • Oversee and execute onboarding and offboarding activities • Manage HR case intake by documenting employee/manager requests, tracking status to resolution, and escalating issues • Support Employee Relations (ER) matters by responding to employee concerns, conducting investigations, and escalating complex issues as appropriate • Administer performance management cycles by supporting tool navigation, timelines, communications/routing, and completion tracking • Provide administrative and project support by coordinating project plans and timelines, maintaining documentation, ensuring data quality and audit readiness, and supporting special initiatives and business-unit-specific requests • Support employee engagement efforts by coordinating communications, events, survey administration, and action tracking; compile participation metrics and summarize themes as needed • Coordinate internship program administration by partnering with recruiting and managers on logistics and milestones and supporting intern onboarding/offboarding, check-ins, and issue escalation • Maintain and analyze HR reports and operational metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, leaves of absence (LOAs), ER activity, requisitions, and performance-cycle completion) • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of HR processes

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 3 years experience as HR generalist
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to negotiate and solve problems
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Proficient in applicable technology
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and multi-tasking ability and prioritizing
