Role Description We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our client leadership team — someone with a strong command of South African labour law, a passion for people development, and the ability to drive meaningful change across a growing organisation. - Lead all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and L&D - Act as strategic HR business partner to executive and senior management - Manage employee relations, disciplinary/grievance processes, and CCMA representation - Ensure compliance with LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, POPIA and all applicable legislation - Drive Employment Equity planning and BBBEE HR pillar compliance - Oversee payroll input and administer employee benefits and compensation - Compile and submit WSP/ATR to the relevant SETA Qualifications - Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field (NQF Level 7+) - 5–8 years' generalist HR experience, with 2–3 years in a management role - In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation — non-negotiable - Proven CCMA and complex ER experience - Experience with HRIS systems (Sage People, PaySpace, SAP, or similar) - SABPP registration or equivalent preferred Company Description Should you not hear from us within 21 days, kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
