Junior Sales Analyst

Illumination Systems Arizona

• Keep Salesforce data clean and up to date on a daily basis (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and key fields) • Review records to make sure required information is filled in correctly • Fix missing or incorrect data and help remove duplicates • Support simple day-to-day administrative tasks for the sales team • Work with teammates to make sure data is entered consistently • Help improve processes over time by spotting patterns or issues

Job Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Strong attention to detail—you care about getting things right
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Interest in learning Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback
  • Ability to work remotely and stay self-motivated
  • Any exposure to Salesforce or similar tools
  • Experience with data entry, admin work, or operations support

Role Description For an International Distributor working in more than 30 countries in Europe and Africa, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients. - Sales area: Baltic countries - Home office based in Baltic countries - Responsible for business development of a selection of food ingredients and nutraceuticals in different branches of the food industry. - Experience with Starches and Dairy proteins is nice to have.
