Marketplace and Launch Operations Manager

• Own near-term supply and demand forecasts for launch markets • Operate and optimize marketplace configurations • Design, build, and ship targeted productivity promotions • Evaluate market health by monitoring net revenue and contribution margin • Monitor performance trends and identify root causes • Own end-to-end project workstreams • Leverage AI-assisted workflows for research and performance monitoring

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving superior results in analytical, cross-functional, or operations roles
  • Excel/Google Sheets power user with advanced formula and dashboard skills
  • Ability to make nuanced business decisions based on imperfect information
  • Proven ability to lead projects involving non-direct report stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills to translate complexity for different functions
  • High agency in identifying and executing necessary actions
  • Experience independently pulling and structuring data, with SQL or data querying tools comfort
  • Working knowledge of Tableau
  • Comfort using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, etc.

The E-Commerce Operations Manager handles ongoing tasks and projects working with cross functional departments.
