In this role, you’ll manage a group of accounts, ensuring our clients receive high-quality, efficient service that exceeds expectations. You’ll play a key role in client retention, satisfaction, and driving business growth. - Lead the renewal process to deliver the best solutions for clients. - Build and strengthen relationships with clients and their teams. - Secure existing business while identifying opportunities for additional services. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Qualifications - Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. - 1+ years supervisory experience. - Appropriate licensing as required. - Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. - Solid financial acumen. Requirements - Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. - Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. - Works in a self-directed manner. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Engagement, the Senior Associate supports the team’s renewal fundraising goals by managing an assigned portfolio of partnerships and providing teamwide support as needed.
