• Monitor incoming sales requests for administrative task fulfillment, including form signing, registrations and insurance requests. • Own and manage the sales contracting process – from drafting to finalization and processing with the company CRM. • Take part in client contract negotiations, maintaining decorum and customer service while protecting the interests of the company. • Create, manage, and update contract-related documents and templates including, but not limited to, Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Works (SOW), Renewals, and Amendments, for all CivicPlus solutions. • Assist in documenting and drafting updates to internal department policies, processes, and best practices. • Facilitate and implement contract language changes within the CRM. • Manage processes and business partner relationships associated to contract processing needs of Insurance Certificates, vendor affidavits, business licenses, etc. • Assist with the application, management, and renewals on procurement vehicle contracts such as GSA (General Service Administration), SHI, TIPS, etc. • Evaluate and respond to RFP (requests for proposals) requests for legal and compliance requirements consistently and timely. • Utilize critical thinking to analyze complex contract requirements, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and policies limiting overall business risks. • Creatively consult with sales and/or internal business partners on alternative contract options to meet needed requirements. • Communicate, educate, and train on contract policies and best practices to internal business partners. • Participate in cross-functional projects to support business objectives and enhance contract management capabilities. • Continuously update Legal Department files. • Manage increasingly competing priorities and deadlines while providing outstanding support to our internal partners and external customers. • Utilize new technologies or tools to streamline contract management processes. • Interpret the language of existing agreements to provide clarity and guidance for other departments.
• Sell web-based software to local governments within the assigned territory • Meet or exceed assigned territory goals • Forecast business within the territory in a timely and accurate manner • Work directly with lead-generation, account management, technical, and support staff to manage the totality of the buying cycle • Generate new opportunities through a variety of prospecting activities within new logo accounts • Maintain excellent documentation; attention to detail in reporting is essential • Aggressively close new business through short- to mid-length sales cycles • Develop consultative and trusted-advisor relationships with local governments within the assigned territory • Lead and assist in presentations for new account acquisition • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support team and company success
• Own and articulate the multi-year product vision, strategy, and portfolio roadmap, aligning investments to company objectives, revenue targets, customer outcomes, and emerging market opportunities. • Identify and incubate new market opportunities, adjacent offerings, and AI-enabled capabilities that expand total addressable market and create durable competitive advantage. • Build, prioritize, and continuously refine a scalable roadmap informed by customer discovery, Voice of Customer insights, product analytics, revenue performance, and technical feasibility. • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and business case development through delivery, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement decisions. • Translate complex customer, regulatory, and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs. • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver secure, scalable, extensible solutions while making informed trade-offs across features, AI innovation, integrations, performance, and technical investments. • Drive product-to-product integrations, partnerships, and platform capabilities that increase cross-sell, upsell, retention, and overall portfolio value. • Ensure products meet applicable security, accessibility, data privacy, and regulatory standards required for local government clients. • Own product revenue performance in partnership with Sales and Finance, contributing to pricing strategy, packaging, forecasting inputs, and pipeline acceleration efforts. • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, including positioning, enablement, launch planning, and post-launch performance optimization. • Serve as a trusted product authority in customer engagements, executive briefings, marketing events, and sales cycles, providing expert guidance on product capabilities, roadmap direction, integrations, and AI strategy. • Define and track key performance indicators including adoption, engagement, retention, ARR growth, margin impact, and customer satisfaction, using insights to drive continuous improvement. • Jump into underperforming or strategically critical products to assess gaps, clarify strategy, realign roadmaps, and accelerate measurable outcomes. • Pioneer AI-powered solutions that solve high-value customer problems and can be leveraged across the broader product portfolio. • Mentor and coach other product managers, modeling strong discovery practices, data-driven prioritization, and executive-level communication. • Contribute to and elevate product management standards, processes, tooling, and operating models across the organization. • Communicate product strategy, risks, performance, and outcomes clearly and regularly to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Other duties as assigned by leadership.
