Role Description We are looking for a Sales Executive who is highly driven, confident with customers, and excited to sell advanced technology to sophisticated buyers. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from building pipeline and outreach through demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing. You will be working directly with legal leaders including General Counsels, Senior Counsel, Legal Operations Directors, and Procurement heads. You will collaborate closely with our founders and leadership who are based in Israel and New York. What You Will Do - Build and continuously expand a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, referrals, and network engagement. - Manage and grow a full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. - Run high-quality demos that translate product capabilities into real legal operational value. - Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions and pricing accordingly. - Deliver proposals and engage in commercial conversations with legal decision makers. - Collaborate with the CEO, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and insights. - Track opportunities and activities in our CRM and contribute to forecasting. - Maintain deep understanding of our product, our customers, and the evolving legal tech landscape. What Success Looks Like - Building a robust, predictable, and continuously growing sales pipeline. - Hitting and exceeding quota. - Creating new opportunity channels and uncovering new accounts. - Building strong, trusted relationships with legal buyers. - Moving opportunities efficiently through the pipeline. - Helping customers clearly understand why Chamelio is not a tool but a strategic platform. Requirements - Three to five years of experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B sales. - Demonstrated ability to build pipeline proactively, not just work existing leads. - Strong communication skills both written and verbal. - Ability to lead conversations with senior executives and legal leadership. - Excellent listening and discovery capabilities. - Experience selling to legal teams or procurement or compliance groups. - Experience with legal tech or workflow automation or AI-driven solutions. - Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with cross time zone collaboration. - Passion for building something big and meaningful.
