Sales Representative – Clinical Nutrition

Baxter International Inc.

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers • Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets, based on systematic analysis of territory performance and customer potential • Promoting Baxter’s Clinical Nutrition portfolio by clearly communicating clinical benefits and appropriate use • Monitoring market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Medica and cross-functional teams on promotional and educational initiatives • Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer needs and inquiries • Using CRM and internal business applications to plan activities, prioritize accounts, track opportunities and measure effectiveness of actions

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Informazione Scientifica Del Farmaco or equivalent
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within healthcare, medical devices or clinical nutrition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Good level of English, with the ability to effectively communicate in an international business environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret sales data
  • Solid knowledge of Excel (e.g. trend analysis, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Experience in using CRM systems and internal company applications to manage sales performance, forecast results and account planning
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
