Job Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in IT, including:
- Strong prior experience as a developer (back-end / full stack)
- Consistent experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
- 3 to 5 years in leadership/management positions such as Tech Lead, Coordinator, IT Manager or similar
- Track record of transitioning from a technical career to people and project management.
- Proficient in:
- C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET
- REST APIs, microservices
- SQL Server and/or other relational databases
- Experience with:
- System architecture
- Cloud (Azure preferred)
- DevOps / CI-CD
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Managing technical teams (developers, QA, DevOps)
- Planning and tracking deliveries
- Defining priorities alongside the business
