• Lead the technical team, promoting development best practices, code reviews, and scalable architecture; • Participate in strategic decisions on software architecture; • Collaborate with PMs, POs, and stakeholders to align deliveries and set priorities; • Serve as the team's technical reference and work hands-on when necessary; • Ensure code quality and delivery integrity with a focus on meeting deadlines, cost, and scope commitments; • Break projects down strategically, remove impediments, and keep the team engaged and committed to objectives.

• Develop data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, and provisioning) • Model data for analytics and decision support • Integrate APIs and external systems (e.g., banks, CRMs, SaaS platforms) • Build data-driven solutions • Apply AI/LLMs where appropriate (e.g., RAG, agents, automations) • Participate in defining data architecture and solutions • Work closely with the business to understand problems and propose solutions • Develop POCs and evolve solutions into production • Ensure quality, performance, and scalability of solutions
