Commercial Account Executive
Intigriti
Role Description As a Commercial Account Executive at Intigriti, you’ll play a key role in accelerating our growth across the North American market while helping large commercial organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture. Your mission is to connect customers with the power of crowdsourced security, enabling them to reduce risk, stay ahead of threats, and protect what matters most. In this role, you’ll partner closely with security and business leaders to understand their evolving challenges and demonstrate how Intigriti’s platform—backed by a global community of vetted ethical hackers—can proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they’re exploited. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor, delivering value through a consultative, outcomes-driven sales approach. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-growth seller with a passion for cybersecurity, technology, and purpose-driven impact. As part of Intigriti’s rapid U.S. expansion, you’ll help build our customer base while working alongside sales leaders with decades of combined cybersecurity experience, and play a direct role in shaping how organizations across North America approach digital security. Qualifications - 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years focused on commercial or large account sales within cybersecurity or consultative sales roles. - Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas with large commercial accounts and managing complex sales cycles. - Experience with methodologies such as Command of the Message, Powerbase Selling, MEDDPICC, or Challenger, with the ability to adapt based on client needs. - A proactive approach to learning, with strong interest in cybersecurity trends, industry insights, geopolitical developments, and emerging threats. - Strong ability to leverage insights from cyber trends, news, and global events to create compelling, relevant client conversations. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers. - A team player who is adaptable to dynamic client needs and committed to working collaboratively to drive solutions. Requirements - Own and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories, focusing on high-value, commercial-level clients. - Utilize a consultative, insight-driven approach to present Intigriti’s unique value proposition. - Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and geopolitical developments. - Use a framework of Command of the Message and MEDDPICC to qualify and build opportunities. - Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. - Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. - Represent Intigriti at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
