Role Description The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of Rising Edge Group. This role requires a strategic mindset to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and practices tailored to the company's workforce requirements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles. - Experience in construction, project management and renewable energy industries in the US and Canada would be considered an asset. - Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of labor market trends and employment laws.
