Job Description

GTM Engineer, AI-first

Recare

• As a GTM Engineer (AI-first), you drive the transformation of our go-to-market organization to an AI-powered, highly automated operating model. • Your mission is to identify high-impact opportunities, turn them into scalable solutions, and enable our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to work smarter, faster, and more data-driven through effective use of AI and automation. • Audit & prioritize: Map GTM workflows across Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to identify high-impact automation opportunities (lead routing, enrichment, renewals, handoffs). • Build agentic workflows: Design and ship AI-powered automations using Clay, Claude, n8n, Notion AI, and our stack (Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake, Planhat). • Own the AI context layer: Build and maintain prompts, knowledge graphs, CRM-connected AI skills, and enrichment pipelines that continuously improve system intelligence. • Prototype relentlessly: Stay on top of new AI tools and models, test quickly, kill what doesn’t work, and scale what does — within days, not quarters. • Connect systems end-to-end: Ensure seamless integration across Salesforce, Looker, Planhat, Snowflake, and the wider data stack with RevOps, BI, and Engineering. • Lead enablement: Train Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Marketing on AI-driven workflows and drive long-term adoption across teams. • Support the AI-first roadmap: Contribute to Recare's three-phase RevOps transition — from manual with structure to augmented operations to intelligent automation — delivering measurable productivity gains in each phase.

Job Requirements

  • You’ve worked in RevOps, GTM Ops, Sales Engineering, or a similar role and understand how go-to-market teams operate day-to-day.
  • You have experience with Claude, GPT, or other LLMs — including prompts, custom workflows, and agent-based automation.
  • You’ve already built with Clay, Claude, or similar no-code automation tools — because you saw the opportunity, not because you were asked.
  • You have experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or Hightouch for automation and data workflows.
  • You’re a learner first — you follow AI releases closely, experiment constantly, and quickly translate new models into GTM impact.
  • You’re a natural teacher — you can make complex workflows simple and actionable for Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing teams.
  • You’re comfortable with APIs, prompts, webhooks, and connecting systems like CRM, BI, enrichment, and automation tools.
  • You thrive in ambiguity — no playbook, no fixed structure, just building from scratch.
  • You’re fluent in German and English (spoken and written) — essential for working with our German hospital customers and international internal teams.

Benefits

  • Flexibility – Need to pick your child up from daycare or want to exercise during lunch? We support flexible working hours and are remote-friendly. Workations are possible by arrangement.
  • Edenred card – a benefits card you can use according to your needs.
  • Extra vacation day – celebrate your birthday with your loved ones: you’ll have the day off.

• Redesign CRM data models and UX: Rework how opportunities handle products and pricing so that selection scales with a deeper product hierarchy, remains easy to use, and supports clean reporting and valuation while keeping the main record a pipeline-focused summary. • Build and maintain server-side logic: Write and maintain C# plug-ins and server-side rules to keep data consistent, enforce business logic reliably, and replace legacy customizations that conflict with the target architecture. • Own front end customization and form scripting: Use the JS Client API (or equivalent) to deliver a clean, intuitive in-system experience: reducing clutter, guiding users toward correct workflows, and supporting multiple product-entry modes (browse, SKU, figure-first). • Deliver integrations: Connect the CRM to adjacent platforms like quoting tools, portals, internal systems, etc. using Web API/upsert-style patterns so pre-sales activity and opportunity data stay in sync as the product roadmap evolves. • Drive automation and workflow design: Build flows that mirror how sales and quoting actually operate, including status transitions and handoffs that support coordination with functions like inventory. • Apply enterprise delivery discipline: Package solutions properly for dev/test/prod promotion, manage data migration and reconciliation from legacy structures, control access and exposure of custom objects appropriately, and produce documentation fit for support and audit. • Collaborate on governance and acceptance: Work with internal CRM stakeholders on backlog prioritization, environment promotion, and routine acceptance of your own work.

Team Lead, Trust and Safety

Zocdoc

Zocdoc is the beginning of a better healthcare experience for millions of patients every month.

Full TimeRemoteTeam 501-1,000Since 2007H1B Sponsor

Role Description Zocdoc's most important asset is our people. As the Team Lead for Trust & Safety Operations, you'll play a central role in protecting the integrity of Zocdoc's marketplace — ensuring that patients, providers, and internal partners can trust how we make and enforce Trust & Safety decisions at scale. - Trust & Safety depends on nuance, fairness, and consistency. - Bridge strategy and frontline execution — ensuring that growth and the responsible adoption of AI never come at the expense of accuracy, accountability, or trust. - Provide the human judgment, coaching, and operational rigor that cannot be fully automated. - Help Zocdoc scale responsibly. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. Qualifications - Experience in Trust & Safety, Operations, Risk, or a similar function where policy enforcement and sound judgment are central to the work. - Demonstrated experience as a team lead, mentor, subject matter expert, or informal leader who has supported others' performance and development. - Fluency with AI-assisted workflows and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). - A track record of making thoughtful, risk-informed decisions with incomplete information and documenting your rationale clearly. - Strong written and verbal communication skills — with the ability to translate complex policies into clear, operational guidance. - Comfort with metrics and QA frameworks: reading dashboards, spotting trends, and turning insights into action. - An ownership mindset: proactively surface risks, drive follow-through, and care deeply about the team's outcomes and health. Requirements - Excited and fluent in working alongside AI tools — leveraging automation where it helps and stepping in where human judgment is critical. - Energized by coaching others and raising the bar on quality, not just clearing your own queue. - Comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguous, high-stakes scenarios and clearly explaining the "why" behind your decisions. - Highly organized and motivated by smooth operations, clear expectations, and consistent processes. - Curious about how patterns in cases, metrics, and feedback can surface deeper risks or opportunities for improvement. - Able to balance empathy for team members and users with a clear-eyed view of risk, policy, and marketplace integrity. Benefits - Flexible work environment - Competitive PTO - 100% paid employee health benefit options (including medical, dental, and vision) - 401(k) with employer-funded match - Corporate wellness programs with Wellhub - Sabbatical leave (for employees with 5+ years of service) - Competitive paid parental leave and fertility/family planning reimbursement - Cell phone reimbursement - Employee Resource Groups and ZocClubs to promote shared community and belonging - Great Place to Work Certified - Base salary range for this role is currently $65,000 – $85,000 for remote positions only.
