• Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects from initiation to closure, adhering to our project management principles and practices. • Develop and execute project plans, establish staffing requirements, and adjust as needed throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions, and drive completion by the team. • Work closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to ensure project success. • Maintain clear and regular communication with all parties involved, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements. • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations. • Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure the allocated budget is not exceeded. • Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources. • Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Role Description In keeping with UNICEF's global mandate to advocate for the rights of all the world’s children, UNICEF OSE- Innocenti acts as the organization’s foremost analytical capacity and serves as the lead for excellence in research and foresight on children and child rights within UNICEF. UNICEF OSE - Innocenti has undertaken a forward-looking initiative (of 18 months to 2 years duration) to assess how global trends and technological advances could reshape immunization programs and how health systems can be strengthened to meet future challenges. The resulting report will provide insights on building resilient, adaptable primary health care systems that ensure equitable vaccine access for all populations. This project seeks to strategically position immunization programs for future success by addressing emerging global challenges and leveraging innovative solutions. Through collaboration with top experts, it will generate actionable insights to guide the evolution of primary health care systems to ensure sustained and equitable vaccination across the life course. The key objectives are: - Identify and describe emerging global trends that will shape the future of immunization. - Articulate a vision, in consultation with countries, experts and global partners, towards strengthening the resilience and adaptability of immunization programs to embrace the future. - Foster strategic partnerships and expert collaboration to enhance global immunization efforts. - Generate plausible scenarios for the future and actionable recommendations to guide policy, investments, and health system reform. The products of the project will include a major report (vision document) and a range of accompanying materials to communicate with different audiences. Qualifications - Master’s Degree, Advanced university degree in business administration, project management, public health, social sciences or other demonstrably relevant field, in international development, social sciences or related fields. Requirements - A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional work experience at national or international levels as a project manager. - Knowledge of public health projects and themes. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. - Excellent attention to detail. - Experience of working on multilateral projects which require liaison with senior staff within own and partner organizations. - Ability to organize own work with limited supervision according to deadlines. - Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. - Ability to establish harmonious and effective working relationships. • Lead end-to-end delivery of on-site data collection projects supporting user studies (e.g., usability tests, in-context/field research, intercepts, diary studies with in-person components). • Build and manage detailed project plans and schedules (workback plans, run-of-show agendas, staffing schedules, milestones, dependencies) to ensure on-time execution. • Own budget management: forecasting, tracking spend vs. plan, managing vendors and contractors, controlling scope, and documenting change requests. • Create and deliver client-facing presentations: kickoffs, weekly status updates, risk/issue reviews, and final project readouts; translate complex details into clear narratives. • Coordinate on-site logistics: site readiness, staffing, equipment/materials, shipping, access/security requirements, participant flow, and contingency planning. • Manage and support project team members (internal staff, contractors, and vendors): set expectations, assign work, track deliverables, remove blockers, provide feedback, and ensure accountability. • Ensure data quality and compliance with study requirements (consent, privacy/PII handling, documentation standards). • Maintain rigorous project documentation and reporting (status reports, action logs, risk registers, budget trackers, timeline updates). • Identify risks early and drive mitigation (no-shows, site constraints, equipment failures, vendor delays), escalating with clear options and recommendations.
