Role Description Sterlington is seeking two highly skilled Outsourcing Associates (5–7 years) to join its growing, technology-forward platform. This is a high-priority hire supporting sophisticated, cross-border outsourcing and commercial transactions for a global client base that includes founders, high-growth companies, and institutional platforms. This role offers direct access to senior partners, lean deal teams, and meaningful ownership in complex, high-value matters within a fully remote, modern law firm structure. - Advise clients on a wide range of outsourcing, technology, and commercial transactions, including IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), SaaS, cloud, and digital infrastructure agreements. - Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, and vendor arrangements. - Partner directly with senior stakeholders on strategic structuring of outsourcing relationships, including cross-border considerations. - Navigate regulatory, data privacy, and operational risk issues in technology-driven transactions. - Collaborate across practice areas (Corporate, Privacy, Executive Compensation, etc.) on integrated matters. - Manage multiple high-stakes matters in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. - Drive AI-powered process automation across legal and operational functions, identifying inefficiencies, deploying scalable solutions, and raising the AI fluency bar firm-wide. Qualifications - 5–7 years of experience at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw or leading international equivalent). - Strong background in outsourcing, technology transactions, and commercial contracting. - Demonstrated experience with complex, high-value agreements and direct client interaction. - LL.M. from a U.S. institution strongly preferred. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Ability to operate independently in a lean, remote-first environment. - Deep interest in technology, innovation, and the future of legal services. - Experience advising on digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, or tech-enabled business models. - Strong commercial mindset and ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice.
