This position also provides support as needed to other sections of the Arizona Department of Water Resources as well as boards and commissions staffed by Department employees. This is an in-office position. Many of the duties of this position are highly confidential in nature. The Legal Division is looking for a Legal Assistant, proficient in technology, and with an interest in working in the public sector and water law. Court filing and litigation experience is preferred.
