Role Description Our Client is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Innovation (BII) team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role dedicated to ensuring that operational and clinical leadership can rely on data that is accurate, consistent, and trusted. You will work within an established data environment, partnering closely with the BII Director and data engineering team. Your primary focus will be validating data integrity, building reliable dashboards, and translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for divisional stakeholders. This is not a strategy-setting role; metric definitions and standards are governed by BII leadership. Your impact lies in applying those standards with precision, proactively identifying issues, and delivering reporting outputs that decision-makers can trust without hesitation. Qualifications - Strong SQL proficiency (complex queries, joins, aggregations, validation logic). - Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). - 3–7+ years in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles. - Experience reconciling multiple data sources. - Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of resolving discrepancies. - Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Requirements - Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or multi-location environments. - Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Athena). - Exposure to working alongside data engineering teams.
