Role Description We're looking for an Electrician to join our Digital Solutions team based in the North/Northwest England. This is a remote role with travel involved. - Working within the IMT/Ericsson Contract within the Digital Solutions team. - Supporting in repairing and maintaining the telecommunication infrastructure. - Performing Electrical Test and Inspection works and undertaking fault diagnosis. - Carrying out repairs and maintenance on the infrastructure as part of our reactive and follow-up programs. - Conducting surveys and participating in joint site meetings. - Contributing towards coaching and mentoring programs to support and develop our emerging talent. - Participating in our emergency standby rota. Qualifications - Previous Electrical experience. - Level 2 AND 3 Diploma, 18th Edition and 2391 Test and Inspection (must have been gained through an apprenticeship with practical experience). - Full Drivers Licence. • Review and process credit applications with speed and accuracy • Maintain organized, up-to-date credit files and documentation • Monitor credit limits and balances, compiling reports as needed • Support audits of credit lines to ensure compliance with company policies • Partner with collections and internal teams to provide account insights • Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding credit and limits • Assist leadership with credit risk management and administrative support

• Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring end-users receive effective technical support • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for remote employees across Windows and macOS environments • Set up, configure, and maintain employee workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices • Assist with onboarding new employees by provisioning accounts, devices, and access to required applications • Support and maintain standard enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and remote support tools • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software, and assist with hardware replacements, repairs, and upgrades • Follow and adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs) for incident and service request resolution • Log and track all incidents, requests, and resolutions accurately in the IT service management (ITSM) system • Refer complex or escalated technical issues to senior IT staff as appropriate • Help maintain and update knowledge base articles so that common troubleshooting steps are accessible to the team and end-users • Create and maintain basic documentation for IT procedures and protocols • Collaborate with IT teammates to support the seamless integration of applications and services

• Architect scalable solutions across projects within Nagarro's Life Sciences Business Unit. • Actively contribute to proposal building, bid preparation, and client presentations for global clients. • Define overall system architecture (microservices, event-driven, etc.). • Choose technology stack (languages, frameworks, databases). • Create high-level design diagrams and technical specifications. • Leverage AI in the solution proposals. • Guide development teams on best practices, including usage of AI. • Review code and ensure architectural alignment. • Ensure system meets Scalability, Performance, Security, Reliability. • Define standards for logging, monitoring, and error handling. • Work with Product and Project managers, Business stakeholders, DevOps and QA Management. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Define coding standards and architectural guidelines, considering AI processes. • Identify technical risks early and make trade-offs between cost, speed, and quality.
