• Own design outcomes for product area(s), driving work from continuous discovery through delivery and iteration • Partner in the product triad to define problems, frame opportunities, and influence roadmap decisions—not just execute against them • Ensure ongoing discovery practices (research, prototyping, validation) are embedded in team workflows • Establish best practices for design systems usage, prototyping, and developer handoff to ensure clarity and scalability • Partner closely with engineering and conduct Design QA to ensure shipped experiences meet design intent and quality standards • Set and uphold a high bar for interaction design, visual design, and usability across your product area(s) • Clearly articulate design decisions, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Partner with product and data teams to define success metrics and connect design decisions to user and business outcomes • Provide coaching, critique, and guidance to elevate team performance and grow design capability • Drive adoption and evolution of design systems, patterns, and best practices across teams • Incorporate AI tools into design workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver cohesive solutions • Identify and implement improvements to team processes, documentation, and workflows.

• Design and enhance user interfaces for landing pages and microsites, developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with marketing goals, business objectives, usability, and aesthetics. • Collaborate with developers and different stakeholders to ensure fast-loading, mobile-optimized, and SEO-friendly designs that support campaign success. • Use A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to improve performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and conversion rates. • Work closely with fellow designers to improve and expand the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across UI components. • Generate and refine concepts for organic marketing across different channels including Google, Meta, and TikTok. • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and ensure designs meet the brand's strategic objectives as well as business objectives. • Iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment, consistently refining designs to optimize performance and engagement.
