UI/UX Designer
Reverse Tech
• Design and enhance user interfaces for landing pages and microsites, developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with marketing goals, business objectives, usability, and aesthetics. • Collaborate with developers and different stakeholders to ensure fast-loading, mobile-optimized, and SEO-friendly designs that support campaign success. • Use A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to improve performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and conversion rates. • Work closely with fellow designers to improve and expand the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across UI components. • Generate and refine concepts for organic marketing across different channels including Google, Meta, and TikTok. • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and ensure designs meet the brand's strategic objectives as well as business objectives. • Iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment, consistently refining designs to optimize performance and engagement.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and visual design, ideally in a performance-driven marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience collaborating and creating design systems to ensure consistency across digital properties.
- Excellent ability to translate marketing and business goals into high-impact design solutions.

Role Description We are looking for a UX Design Director to help shape the player experience for an upcoming AAA, cross-platform competitive title, with an initial focus on Live Service and Meta Systems. This role requires a blend of high-level vision and hands-on design leadership, driving both the “what” and the “how” of the game’s user experience. While a core focus will be on Live Service and Meta Systems, this role may contribute more broadly to the game’s UX direction as needs evolve. You will partner closely with Product, Production, Design, and cross-disciplinary teams to define and execute on an ambitious, evolving player experience. You will contribute directly to UX vision, frameworks, user flows, and feature development, while guiding teams to deliver high-quality, intuitive, and engaging experiences for players. You will also help build and lead a group of UX Designers, shaping both the team and its areas of ownership over time to meet the needs of the product.
