What You’ll Do As a **Service Desk Engineer**, you’ll be the first line of support in a global, fast-paced IT environment. • Own streaming infrastructure: Design, implement, and expand WAL-based replication systems that process database changes through Kinesis to Snowflake and Redshift, handling millions of records while maintaining strict ordering and delivery guarantees. • Build CDC systems: Architect and implement change data capture infrastructure for cross-platform data synchronization, enabling realtime analytics and event-driven workflows across the organization. • Develop shared libraries: Create reusable Kinesis/SNS consumer patterns and libraries used across multiple teams, establishing best practices for event processing, error handling, and observability. • Partner with product teams: Work directly with teams to design and implement realtime data processing solutions tailored to their business needs, providing technical guidance and hands-on support. • Ensure data reliability: Implement exactly-once processing semantics, dead letter queues, retry strategies, and monitoring to guarantee data integrity across streaming pipelines. • Build observability: Develop monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for streaming pipelines to track throughput, lag, data quality issues, and system health using the LGTM stack. • Demonstrate technical leadership: Mentor engineers on streaming architecture patterns, lead design reviews for event-driven systems, and represent the Scalability team in cross-functional planning. • Make strong architectural choices through careful evaluation and prior experience with distributed systems. • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.

• Serve as Praxis’s lead point of contact with our Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). • Work onsite at partner facilities to validate small molecule API manufacturing processes. • Ensure successful tech transfer and support commercial readiness. • Oversee future production to maintain reliable supply. • Understand written chemical synthesis processes and translate those to instructions for industrialized execution. • Efficiently gather, analyze, and archive data to support regulatory filings. • Review documentation from CMOs and lab partners including instructions, procedures, and batch records. • Work alongside Quality Assurance to ensure follow of regulations and standards in all processes executed by third parties. • Adhere to industry guidelines and standards including cGMPs. • Travel required - PIP at CMOs (US and worldwide).

• Provide civil and structural guidance that turns early concepts into buildable, code‑compliant designs for grid‑scale solar, storage, and compute‑adjacent data center sites • Set clear design criteria, optimize layouts for land and cost efficiency, and coordinate technical diligence so projects move from site control through Issued for Construction (IFC) with fewer surprises • Work as an individual contributor while partnering closely with Development, Real Estate, Permitting, Construction, Finance, and external A/E consultants, EPC partners and general contractors • Ensure safe, timely, and cost‑effective delivery • Collaborate with internal teams, hyperscalers, external consultants, and AHJs to define and develop civil and structural design criteria aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements • Provide civil engineering direction and oversight for data center - adjacent power facilities, coordinating closely with A/E consultants and general contractors • Support project development from concept to completion, identifying and mitigating design, budget, and schedule risks with a civil‑engineering focus • Translate commercial, permitting, and site constraints into clear engineering guidance and decision‑ready documentation • Optimize civil site layouts for efficient land use, considering equipment selection, topography, environmental constraints, and permitting requirements • Balance constructability, cost, and schedule while iterating designs to reduce risk and improve outcomes • Manage and coordinate site technical diligence, including hydrology, geotechnical, and transportation studies • Procure boundary/topographic surveys and crossing/encroachment matrices; coordinate crossing locations with utilities, landowners, and other stakeholders • Lead engineering consultants and general contractors through constraint mapping, civil and structural design, value engineering, and design reviews • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, industry standards, and project specifications, maintaining clear, review‑ready documentation • Work closely with Wind, PV, BESS, Data Center, and High‑Voltage engineering teams to resolve interfaces and deliver integrated designs • Assist in obtaining development and construction permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and expediting approvals • Support value engineering and prepare civil/structural scope and contract exhibits, ensuring cost‑effective solutions aligned with project specifications
