• Responsible for the deliverables for each electrical reference/documentation set of the project • Ensure QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management for S&A of assigned projects • Manage S&A workload and the effective utilization of S&A designers • Lead subcontracting mandates (definition, monitoring, validation) • Create, modify, or verify electrical schematics • Establish processes, methods and tools for these activities • Provide technical leadership by being methodical and proactive • Ensure adherence to schedule and quality of deliverables • Continuous improvement and management of lessons learned (REx) from previous projects • Develop and strengthen S&A technical skills within the team • Ensure compliance with industry standards in a railway environment (health & safety, ergonomics, quality, lean manufacturing, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Significant and relevant experience in the manufacturing/production sector
  • Strong knowledge of E3 or other electrical CAD software; Catia V5 is a plus
  • Familiarity with engineering processes and analysis tools/methodologies (cable and electrical component selection/sizing, voltage drop, breaker coordination)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French required
  • Familiarity with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, SAP)
