• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Advisors • Establish clear career paths and performance standards • Ensure Advisors remain current on healthcare industry trends • Lead the evolution of advisory offerings delivered at scale • Collaborate with Knowledge Management, Analytics, and internal subject matter experts • Oversee day-to-day advisory operations and maintain oversight of budgets
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare
- Proven experience managing, developing, and directly leading high-performing teams of at least 10+ team members
- Strong background in consulting, strategic planning, operational execution, and budgeting
- Experience leading Patient Experience initiatives and working with Patient Experience data (analysis, reporting, presenting, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with analytics, marketing, business development, and/or sales is preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50%

Role Description This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding NielsenIQ’s (NIQ) footprint within the media agency space. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with media agencies, developing and executing a strategic sales plan to increase revenue through NIQ audience data, planning and measurement solutions.
