Field Retail Sales Representative

• maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout retail locations in an established territory • training, coaching, and driving sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments • managing account relationships and providing support for Fiberon, Therma-Tru, and Fypon product lines • visiting retail locations regularly to build relationships and identify opportunities for growth • providing product knowledge and training to retail staff • serving as the main point of contact for store staff and managers • ensuring displays, signage, and pricing are accurate and set up on schedule in each store • partnering with Pro Sales teams and distributor reps to drive awareness • assisting Retail In-Home Sales Consultants to help drive Repair & Replace business • planning travel effectively while staying within budget • collaborating with distributor partners and internal teams on sales programs and new product launches • providing feedback on sales messaging, product performance, and POP materials • supporting customer service by resolving claims and ensuring satisfaction • recommending changes to product assortment to match customer demand

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience (ideally client facing)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and enjoys talking with people and building long-lasting relationships
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks, create action plans, and follow through to completion
  • Coursework or college degree in Business, Sales, or similar field of study (Nice to Have)
  • Field sales experience (Nice to Have)
  • Understanding of sales process and cycle (Nice to Have)
  • Background in the building materials or millwork industry (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity working with any CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc) (Nice to Have)

Candidates must reside within this territory. The Senior Client Solutions Executive (SE) is a full-time outside sales position. The position requires a structured approach to developing new business in a defined territory. The SE will be responsible for achieving target volumes in new applications, activations, monthly new business revenue for NextGear Capital (Cox Automotive), and the company's ancillary products and services.
