Role Description Virtual Sales Executives deliver marketing generated sales presentations over the computer using screen-sharing technology that contributes to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers as well as reload Owners. - Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads. - Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner. - Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities (i.e., reloads, referrals, additional sales). Qualifications - High school diploma or GED. - Private Office in the home for work and computer equipment. - Proficiency in English. - Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. - Incumbent is required to maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law. - Preferred: Two years plus related face-to-face timeshare sales experience. - Preferred: Experience in virtual sales methodology. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of on-site timeshare sales experience with documented performance results. - Open availability Monday through Saturday, mornings and evenings. - Residence required in Florida, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, or South Carolina. - Active Real Estate or Timeshare Sales license for one of the listed states. Role Description Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Jr. Account Executive to join our remote team. The Account Executive will demonstrate their passion for social impact and help drive company sales by working as a trusted partner with our enterprise clients. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and growing customer relationships with new and existing enterprise-level clients. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a startup tech environment.
