Role Description A Water Treatment Construction Technician in the Data Center Industry will be responsible for supporting water treatment related construction projects at Data Centers in the U.S. The Construction Technician will solve customer water treatment concerns, perform water treatment lab work, commission new piping and system assets, and troubleshoot water treatment and control equipment at customers’ massive data centers. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment with significant travel and remote work. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing innovative and reliable water treatment solutions to the rapidly growing data center industry. Qualifications - 4 year technical degree in the sciences. - Background in chemical and/or mechanical engineering is recommended. - At least 3+ years of prior experience in the industrial chemical water treatment business or related field. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs suite. - Ability to discuss PIDs, electrical diagrams, and other construction related drawings. - Working knowledge of operating and control equipment including installation and interoperability with other external systems. - Must be able to travel 30 to 40% of the time. Requirements - Works with consultants, architects, and mechanical contractors to ensure successful project completion. - Develops and maintains relationships with client engineers and operating personnel. - Attends customer sync meetings as invited. - Assists Construction Manager in preparing client submittals, drawings, and proposals. - Provides recommendations and assists in the installation, sale, and servicing of all water treatment systems. - Provides technical and start-up training to clients and employees of clients. Title: Collections Specialist Location: Ventura United States Job Description: Position Summary: The Collections Specialist - East Coast is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices and optimization of cash flow. This role will oversee day-to-day collections activities for assigned East Coast clients, proactively follow up on outstanding receivables, resolve billing disputes, and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to company credit and collections policies. The position plays a key role in reducing days sales outstanding (DSO), minimizing aged receivables, and supporting disciplined working capital management.
