Revenue Operations Manager

Valtech

• Own end-to-end lead routing logic within the CRM • Ensure all inbound leads are assigned rapidly and systematically track human follow-up • Build and maintain routing rules (territory, round-robin, priority tiers) • Design, implement, and optimize AI-assisted follow-up systems • Ensure every qualified lead is enrolled in structured, multi-touch engagement (5–10 touches) • Continuously refine how AI is used to generate messaging, personalize outreach, and adapt sequences based on lead behavior and signals • Act as the bridge between AI tools and sales teams • Track and report on speed to lead, lead-to-meeting conversion rates, pipeline generated, and effectiveness of AI-driven outreach • Identify bottlenecks in lead handling and conversion through performance monitoring and improvement strategies

Job Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with automation and AI-powered tools in go-to-market workflows
  • Proven ability to design and optimize workflows that combine automation with human sales execution
  • Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and performance metrics
  • AI-fluent operator: you understand how to apply AI tools to real business workflows—not just experiment with them
  • Experience with partner ecosystems and certification/co-sell motions is a plus
  • Systems thinker: you design scalable processes instead of relying on manual effort
  • Connector mindset: you bridge gaps between marketing, sales, and technology
  • Outcome-oriented: you focus on pipeline and conversion, not just activity.
