• Own the instructional integrity and coherence of 95 Percent Group’s math products. • Contribute to product vision and roadmap discussions by representing instructional priorities and user needs. • Ensure alignment of content with evidence-aligned instructional practices and state standards. • Support iterative improvement of products based on customer feedback, usage data, and implementation experience. • Lead the development and revision of math instructional content, including lessons, routines, assessments, and teacher supports. • Manage third-party development houses and contractors. • Manage and support internal and external content writers, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and ongoing professional guidance to drive accountability for the quality and timely delivery of instructional materials. • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure instructional intent is accurately realized in digital and print formats. • Help establish and maintain content development processes, templates, and quality benchmarks. • Represent the organization’s math products and instructional approach at select conferences, webinars, and virtual events. • Present on product design, instructional models, and implementation insights for educator and district audiences. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop presentations, webinars, case studies, and other outward-facing content that clearly communicates product value. • Partner regularly with product managers to scope features, define requirements, and prioritize content work. • Support marketing, sales, and customer success teams with product-focused explanations of instructional design and classroom value. • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure materials are practical, clear, and easy to use in real classrooms. • Provide strategic support to the RFP team in developing district and state adoption proposals, and represent the organization as a presenter to stakeholders influencing adoption outcomes. • Engage directly with educators, district partners, and implementation specialists to understand classroom needs and challenges. • Participate in pilots, reviews, and feedback sessions to inform product improvements.
• Own recurring GTM reporting including pipeline creation, conversion, bookings, forecast trends, renewals, and key performance metrics • Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and monthly business review materials • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support leadership decisions, board preparation, territory planning, and performance management • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the revenue funnel and present actionable recommendations • Support weekly and monthly forecast processes, including data preparation, inspection, rollups, and reporting accuracy • Monitor pipeline health, stage progression, close-date movement, and seller activity trends • Partner with sales and revenue operations leadership on pipeline reviews and opportunity hygiene • Improve forecast consistency through process discipline and reporting enhancements • Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views, workflows, validation rules, and basic automations • Manage user requests, field updates, page layout improvements, and ongoing system enhancements with oversight from system owners • Ensure CRM data quality, governance, and process adherence • Partner with external admins or internal stakeholders on larger system initiatives when needed • Track GTM OKRs and performance metrics across the Revenue team • Support campaign, lead follow-up, and conversion reporting • Help optimize lead management reporting and accountability tracking • Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows, visibility, and execution across the customer lifecycle • Assist with system implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives • Build scalable reporting infrastructure aligned with Finance that reduces manual work and improves decision speed
• Partner closely with stakeholders—including the SVP of Homeschool and SVP of Marketing—to develop and support AALP’s strategic growth objectives. • Create the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with business goals, increasing awareness, generating demand, and driving revenue across both eCommerce and wholesale channels. • Build and maintain a deep understanding of homeschool buyer personas to inform a multi‑channel campaign strategy across key customer segments. • Oversee the development of competitive, thought‑leadership content that positions AALP as the clear authority in the homeschool curriculum market. • Develop and implement a brand identity strategy, including brand guidelines, messaging, and creative standards across all internal and external touchpoints. • Lead a network of external partners including digital marketing agencies, PR/communications, content creators, designers, and thought‑leadership consultants. • Collaborate with the affiliate marketing manager to grow affiliate revenue by increasing affiliate participation and expanding marketing resources. • Monitor homeschool market trends and competitor activity to strengthen AALP’s competitive advantage. • Establish marketing KPIs and implement measurement processes to consistently evaluate results. • Use a “test and learn” approach to optimize performance across all channels. • Manage, mentor, and grow an internal marketing team of three, fostering a culture of professional development, learning, and retention.
• Guide the end-to-end design process for our instructional learning products, from research and ideation through implementation and iteration. • Present design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to key cross-functional stakeholders. • Conduct user research with educators, administrators, and students to inform design decisions; participate in usability testing and gather feedback to validate design hypotheses. • Translate learning science principles and educational research into intuitive product experiences. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and curriculum specialists to align design vision with technical feasibility and learning objectives. • Build a strong design culture; establish and advocate for design best practices. • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and serve diverse learner populations. • Use analytics, user feedback, and efficacy research to continuously improve product experience and track design impact on learning outcomes. • Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or multi-role platforms.
