• Define and champion Swyfft’s brand identity across all markets • Develop messaging frameworks that clearly communicate our expertise • Differentiate our brand in competitive markets • Design and execute agent and broker recruitment campaigns • Build targeted outreach strategies for coastal property specialists, surplus lines producers, and independent agents • Oversee digital marketing channels including website, email, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn • Create compelling content and thought leadership articles • Monitor and synthesize industry trends • Identify and maximize presence at key industry events • Manage a marketing function, including vendors and a small team

• Act as the trusted advisor to our New Jersey and New York agents, by understanding their business needs to determine new opportunities for growth and how Swyfft can support them. • Manage and grow the agent base in your assigned states or areas. • Partner with assigned agents through in-person visits, virtual meetings, or inbound and outbound calls to discuss production expectations and strategy. • Act as a resource for our agents by answering inquiries or questions about Swyfft products and services. • Assist with the facilitation of agent training and education webinars. • Strategize with agents to find creative ways they can maximize their potential and increase our customer base. • Promote the Swyfft brand and cultivate relationships at conferences, events, and trade shows. • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies. • Track all agent activity, including contacts, communications, revenue potential, and updates in our HubSpot CRM system.

• Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of liability concerning first party homeowner property losses and damages. • Effectively communicate and negotiate with policyholders, agents, public adjusters, attorneys, and service providers via phone, email, and internal systems to accurately document claim details. • Successfully manage a pending claim load at varying stages of the claims process. • Interpret and apply the details of an insurance policy to ensure the accuracy of payments and claims declinations. • Interpret and apply computer generated loss estimates, engineer’s reports, and construction terminology. • Update and maintain comprehensive claim handling notations in our electronic claims management system and other related applications. • Mentor our mid and associate level claims representatives.

• Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of liability concerning first party homeowner property large losses and damages of $100K+. • Negotiate settlements and make payments within scope of authority, settling claims timely, and in the most cost-effective manner. • Effectively communicate with policyholders, agents, and service providers via phone, email, and internal systems to accurately document claim details. • Effectively manage loss and expense reserves to ensure accurate and timely reserving practices on all large loss claim exposures. • Create and maintain comprehensive claim handling documentation in the electronic claims management system and related applications including the completion and escalation of Large Loss Reports (LLR’s). • Ability to successfully manage a pending claim volume at varying stages in the claims process. • Interpret and apply the details of an insurance policy to ensure the accuracy of payments and claims declinations. • Ability to understand, computer generated loss estimates and construction terminology. • Update and maintain comprehensive claim handling notations in our electronic claims management system and other related applications.

• Serve as our go-to CRM (HubSpot) expert, responsible for developing and leading a CRM strategy that empowers sales & marketing to meet and exceed organizational objectives. • Develop and implement processes to strategically source leads/prospects for sales engagement and effectively allocates to individuals across the sales team. • Providing continuous training and support to HubSpot users. • Develop and maintain dashboards and custom reports to track sales & marketing KPI’s. • Support revenue operations by streamlining and optimizing sales and marketing processes. • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. • Design, build, and optimize automated workflows and other process improvements to streamline marketing & sales operations. • Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and integrated platforms. • Support the development and implementation of Rev Ops strategies and tactics beyond sales and marketing with the goal of optimizing revenue through operational improvements.

• Manage all day-to-day project planning, execution and implementation for a large-scale claims management system. • Partner with internal and external teams and vendors to understand and effectively communicate the operational and technical requirements of the project. • Manage project expectations, requirements and deliverables by providing ongoing proactive communication, documentation and structured follow up to all project stakeholders. • Lead meetings and standups to ensure all project initiatives are moving forward; you set the pace, remove blockers and ensure project milestones are being met. • Plan and manage project resource allocation with various departments in the company. • Document detailed workflows and processes for internal team use that will be transformed into playbooks and reference guides for end user training.

• Clearly analyze, report, and measure team performance metrics using our systems to maximize the efficiency, quality, and customer service of our claims operation. • Responsible for the selection, evaluation, and retention of necessary contractors, adjusting firms, or related experts to assist in the daily handling of all applicable claims in each state of business. • Partner with the Director, Claims to assist in establishing staff objectives and performance goals. • Hire, train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members. • Utilize your previous claims expertise to create and maintain comprehensive claim handling guidelines for various areas of the business. • Conduct quarterly business reviews and audits on current team members and field adjusting firms to ensure compliance and best practices are being followed. • Participation in special projects as needed.

• Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the insurance company's and policyholders’ liability concerning third-party damages and injury with full and final settlement in mind. • Ensure that all assigned claims are resolved timely, reserved accurately, and handled fairly (and in compliance with state and company guidelines). • Review litigated complaints for proper handling and develop legal strategies with counsel. • Work with multiple attorneys and provide direction related to coverage, liability, and damages. • Correspond and communicate with policyholders, agents, experts, and service providers to analyze loss information. • Calculate damages payable under the policy and make payments after determining liability on claims. • Evaluate and apply the insurance contract as it pertains to the resolution of claims. • Create and maintain comprehensive claim handling notation in our electronic claims management system and other related applications.
