Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid traffic;
- Real experience in the B2B SaaS market, understanding long-funnel dynamics, MQLs, SQLs, and MRR;
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing Hub and integration with Sales);
- Fluency in using Artificial Intelligence tools to boost marketing productivity;
- Highly analytical, data-driven profile with a strong focus on problem solving;
- Ability to self-manage and clearly communicate results;
- Experience operating in multi-brand ecosystems;
- Experience working in split squads such as Growth/Ops and Product/Branding;
- Familiarity with sales intelligence tools (e.g., Gong or similar).
