Role Description We’re seeking a Federal Program Manager, who plays a key leadership role in driving the successful delivery of Thunder's complex Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions. This role is accountable for managing scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements across multiple projects within a Federal program. The Program Manager ensures alignment between mission objectives, contractual requirements, and overall program strategy. This position requires strong leadership, governance, and planning capabilities, as well as experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, digital delivery, and client management. - Manage overall Federal program delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget across the program’s Salesforce Public Sector and Amazon Connect initiatives. - Serve as the primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating communication and strategic alignment on Salesforce and AWS related goals. - Track program performance metrics and provide transparent, timely communication through executive-level status reports and program dashboards to Federal clients and internal leadership. - Ensure all program documentation, deliverables, and reporting comply with Federal standards, including security and reporting requirements for Salesforce Government Cloud Plus and Amazon Connect environments. - Collaborate with architects, developers, Business Analysts (BAs), and Quality Assurance (QA) resources to ensure overall program success. - Escalate critical risks and issues proactively and implement strategic mitigation strategies. Qualifications - 7-10+ years of IT program or project management experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments. - 3-5+ years of proven experience managing programs that utilize Salesforce Government Cloud Plus and Public Sector solutions. - Preferred experience with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Bedrock. - Strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational skills. - Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs in cleared delivery environments. - US Citizenship required. - Bachelor's degree required. - Active Public Trust Clearance preferred, or willingness to attain one. - PMP, PgMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred. • Provide leadership and guidance to the RTW Specialist team to ensure efficient, high-quality program operations. • Act as a preceptor and trainer for RTW Specialists; coach and retrain team members as needed to drive performance, quality, and productivity. • Assist the Program Manager with team oversight, workflow management, and achievement of program objectives. • Serve as a subject-matter resource to AmeriSys and USIS departments regarding return-to-work and vocational services. • Direct and manage return-to-work efforts for injured employees within assigned territory. • Conduct job analyses and assessments of employer worksites to identify modified or transitional duty opportunities. • Coordinate return-to-work plans through direct employer contact, job search efforts, labor market surveys, and vocational analysis. • Evaluate, implement, and monitor transitional work plans, including timelines and outcome effectiveness. • Apply third-party guidelines, medical restrictions, and professional expertise to assess placement feasibility. • Maintain ongoing contact with injured workers to determine status, needs, goals, and return-to-work options. • Maintain regular follow-up with employers, clients, and injured workers post-placement in accordance with program guidelines. • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in claims systems, databases, and formal written reports. • Enter and maintain RTW data in Microsoft Teams and associated databases; prepare graphs, metrics, and statistics as needed. • Document vocational service outcomes, placement opportunities, and recommended rehabilitation plans. • Submit required productivity documentation accurately and on time. • Liaise with physicians, nurses, adjusters, employers, attorneys, state agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful RTW outcomes. • Coordinate employer site visits to educate, train, and motivate stakeholders on transitional work opportunities. • Ensure compliance with all applicable medical, legal, confidentiality, and accreditation standards. • Maintain strict confidentiality of all medical and case-related information in accordance with state and federal laws. • Perform job duties primarily in the field with frequent travel within the designated territory. • Safely operate a personal motor vehicle to attend appointments and employer site visits. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Description The Program Manager, IA Enablement owns the operating engine for Mayo Clinic's citizen developer program and the broader AI enablement education portfolio across Finance and Revenue Cycle.
