Deal Desk Analyst

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, and Renewal Managers on deal structuring, quoting, approval workflows, and order processing. • Manage end-to-end quote and order execution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to business policies and procedures. • Strategically structure deals by proposing creative, scalable solutions that align with customer needs while protecting and maximizing revenue. • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure contracts are compliant, complete, and aligned with internal policies and revenue recognition standards. • Review and address non-standard deal structures in collaboration with Accounting, identifying and resolving revenue recognition considerations. • Document non-standard terms, commitments, and exceptions in coordination with Legal and Finance. • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and contributing to scalable Deal Desk operations. • Support the development and maintenance of deal desk playbooks, templates, and order form standards. • Leverage AI tools daily to automate and streamline deal desk workflows, from proposal drafting and contract review to pricing analysis and approvals routing, with the goal of compressing timelines and improving output quality.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Contract Management, or a related Cloud/SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models, pricing structures, and quote-to-cash (QTC) processes
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success
- Exceptional attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically and see the big picture
- Clear, concise, and professional communicator - comfortable working with both field teams and executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ (Salesforce CPQ/Billing experience strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and order form processes is a plus
- You are an active, fluent user of AI tools. You approach repeatable tasks by building prompts, skills, or structured workflows to eliminate manual effort.

Role Description We’re seeking a QA Specialist who plays a key role in driving the successful delivery of complex Federal Amazon Connect solutions by ensuring the highest standards of platform integrity. This role is accountable for testing functionality, performance, and security to ensure a high-quality, mission-ready product. Working closely with the Program Manager and Technical Architects, the QA Specialist ensures that every release meets mission objectives and rigorous contractual requirements. This position requires strong governance, planning capabilities, and experience operating within the rigorous security and compliance standards of cleared Federal delivery environments.
