HRIS Specialist II

• Provide support across multiple human resource functions such as Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Talent and Performance, and core business processes like job changes, terminations, and leaves of absence. • Administer and configure Workday, including business processes, workflows and security. • Serve as a point of contact for Workday including navigation, transactions and reporting. • Conduct regular audits and system clean-up to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Workday modules. • Build and deliver advanced reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools. • Conduct data analysis on HR data such as employment, compensation, classifications, and/or benefits data ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Create and maintain job aids, training videos, and user communications. • Train HR team members and end-users on system functionality and best practices. • Identify opportunities to streamline HRIS processes and improve the user experience. • Participate in system testing, upgrades, and enhancement rollouts. • Contribute to special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Related Field.
- Typically requires 5-8 years of experience with human resources and information systems.
- 3+ years of Workday experience, across multiple modules required.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Experience creating calculated fields.
- Experience with EIBs and data loads.
