• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, and Renewal Managers on deal structuring, quoting, approval workflows, and order processing. • Manage end-to-end quote and order execution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to business policies and procedures. • Strategically structure deals by proposing creative, scalable solutions that align with customer needs while protecting and maximizing revenue. • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure contracts are compliant, complete, and aligned with internal policies and revenue recognition standards. • Review and address non-standard deal structures in collaboration with Accounting, identifying and resolving revenue recognition considerations. • Document non-standard terms, commitments, and exceptions in coordination with Legal and Finance. • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and contributing to scalable Deal Desk operations. • Support the development and maintenance of deal desk playbooks, templates, and order form standards. • Leverage AI tools daily to automate and streamline deal desk workflows, from proposal drafting and contract review to pricing analysis and approvals routing, with the goal of compressing timelines and improving output quality.

• Paid Traffic Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, always focusing on healthy CAC, LTV, and generating a qualified pipeline; • HubSpot Expertise: Manage operational routines, create automation workflows, configure nurture/relation ships, and ensure data integrity and performance reporting within the platform; • Practical Use of Artificial Intelligence: Use AI tools to accelerate A/B testing, create copy variations, analyze large volumes of data, and scale operations; • B2B SaaS Focus: Deeply understand our customers’ journey, working not only on acquisition but also on retention, cross-sell, and converting one-off customers into recurring revenue (MRR); • Analysis and Governance: Turn fragmented data into actionable intelligence by combining HubSpot data with media platforms to ensure every Brazilian real invested delivers measurable return.

• Ensure accurate and consistent application of company’s ASC 606 policy via deal review and analyses for complex contracts as well as deal linkages and modifications • Complete all required month-end close activities including revenue recognition, journal entries, and management reporting • Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in revenue recognition operations • Maintain and update internal documentation for revenue policies, procedures, and controls • Perform regular and special analysis to ensure proper contract processing and reporting • Work with external auditors to provide support for annual audit

Role Description We’re seeking a QA Specialist who plays a key role in driving the successful delivery of complex Federal Amazon Connect solutions by ensuring the highest standards of platform integrity. This role is accountable for testing functionality, performance, and security to ensure a high-quality, mission-ready product. Working closely with the Program Manager and Technical Architects, the QA Specialist ensures that every release meets mission objectives and rigorous contractual requirements. This position requires strong governance, planning capabilities, and experience operating within the rigorous security and compliance standards of cleared Federal delivery environments. Responsibilities: - Comprehensive Testing: Lead the design and implementation of test plans covering functionality, performance, and security to meet stringent Federal requirements. - Security & Compliance QA: Ensure all technical deliverables and Salesforce environments comply with Federal security standards and reporting requirements. - Risk Mitigation: Identify and escalate critical technical risks and issues proactively, implementing strategic mitigation strategies to ensure overall program success. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with architects, developers, and Business Analysts (BAs) to validate that Salesforce Public Sector initiatives align with technical architecture. - Performance Metrics: Track and report on quality performance metrics through transparent, timely communication and program dashboards for Federal clients. - Innovation Validation: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and AWS trends—including Agentforce and Government Cloud Plus—to validate innovative solutions for Federal clients. Qualifications - US Citizenship Required, with ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s). - Bachelor's degree required. - 7-10+ years of IT quality assurance experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments. - 3-5+ years of proven experience testing programs that utilize Amazon Connect, Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. - Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities, including the ability to validate autonomous agents within a secure environment. - Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in cleared delivery environments. - Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational skills to align technical solutions with business objectives. - Certifications: PMP, CSM, or ISTQB certification preferred.
