• Demonstrate technical leadership and authority in the areas of observability and/or security • Drive complex deployments of Cribl products • Work with a team of incredibly talented and dedicated peers • Lead and execute complex customer engagements • Enhance Cribl's learning ecosystem by creating valuable resources • Facilitate knowledge transfer, enablement, coaching, and mentoring for team members, customers, and/or partners • This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical consulting or big data analytics
- Extensive expertise in deploying and managing AWS/AZURE/GCP Cloud environments
- Exceptional command over Big Data Analytics tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, DataDog, Exabeam, and Azure Sentinel
- Proven track record of working with complex Enterprise applications
- In-depth knowledge and experience with both Unix and Windows operating systems
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Relevant software industry experience in any of the following: IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics
- Ability to travel up to 30%

Role Description An exciting opportunity has opened within our Professional Services Team in the DACH region for a Professional Services Consultant role. This is a full-time position. You will directly contribute to high-quality delivery, customer success, and Bedford’s reputation for excellence across EMEA.
