Role Description We’re looking for an Associate, Delivery who supports the successful execution of projects by helping teams stay organized, on track, and aligned. This role contributes to delivery by maintaining clear documentation, tracking tasks, and ensuring day-to-day project details are accurate and up to date. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn how great work gets delivered. You’ll work closely with Delivery leads and cross-functional teams, building foundational skills in project management, team coordination, and operational discipline. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in supporting the team. You follow established processes, ask questions when things are unclear, and help ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Success in this role means consistently contributing to well-organized, predictable project execution. What You’ll Do - Project Support - Support the day-to-day execution of projects by maintaining task lists, timelines, and trackers - Assist in keeping project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira) accurate and up to date - Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones to ensure visibility and alignment - Help document requirements, notes, and key project information - Contribute to templates, documentation, and process consistency - Team Coordination - Identify and flag potential risks, blockers, or gaps in information to Delivery leads - Track feedback cycles, approvals, and next steps - Help ensure scope and requirements are clearly documented and understood - Client Communication - Asset review and delivery from internal systems to client systems - Follow-up on feedback timelines and needs with clients - Compile feedback from clients and share with internal teams - Risk & Issue Management - Monitor progress and identify risks early - Escalate blockers with context and suggested solutions - Track feedback cycles and approvals to keep work moving - Help maintain scope clarity and prevent downstream surprises - Financial & Resourcing Support - Support project hygiene across tools (time tracking, status updates, documentation) - Assist in tracking project progress against plan - Help ensure resourcing and project data is accurate and up to date Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, production, or similar environments (internships included) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Clear, concise communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under direction - Comfort working within established processes and tools - Comfortable working on fast moving projects - Ability to work with a large breadth of stakeholders - A proactive mindset; willing to ask questions and surface issues early - Eagerness to learn how projects are delivered end-to-end - Experience in digital assets or social media assets is a plus - Previous experience in an agency environment preferred Requirements - Tasks, timelines, and documentation are consistently accurate and up to date - Teams feel supported and organized in day-to-day execution - Nothing gets lost: dependencies, follow-ups, and details are tracked and visible - Risks and blockers are surfaced early - Demonstrated growing confidence and reliability in supporting delivery Benefits - Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage - 401k plan, plus matching - PTO - Paid Company Holidays - Parental Leave

• This role will include pre-sales activities such as presenting the product and its potential, developing the solution concept, and engaging with stakeholders. • You will also manage the implementation process in subsequent phases. • Additionally, you will be collaborating with leading and expanding a team of D365 F&O experts. • Oversee requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies. • Run client design reviews and discussions from offering to actual delivery. • Collaborate with the team of technical or functional consultants working in various projects. • Be the ultimate expert in mapping client requirements against like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management or in the Logistics, Manufacturing areas. • Be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore. • Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions. • Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs. • Prepare test scripts and test cases.

• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with Solutions Consultants to uncover high-value use cases and design scalable solutions that integrate Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions into customers' broader creative and marketing workflows • Serve as the trusted technical advisor through the pre-sales cycle by leading solution design and acting as the conduit to post-sales teams, ensuring a seamless handover that positions customers for long-term success • Build compelling AI-enabled automation workflows, bespoke solution designs, and high/low/no-code prototypes to rapidly translate solution vision into working designs • Co-create customer-specific technical roadmaps and contribute to enterprise architectures that connect near-term pilots to long-term AI transformation programs, building durable technical sponsorship at the executive level • Develop reusable reference architectures, integration blueprints, and other assets that scale the impact of the EMEA presales team across engagements and industries • Partner with Value Consultants, Sales, and Solution Consultants to embed technical credibility throughout the sales cycle and share learnings that enable technical excellence in early customer engagements • Champion the use of AI within the presales engineering practice itself, establishing workflows, tooling, and best practices that raise the bar for modern Solution Architects • Stay at the leading edge of GenAI, creative automation, and enterprise integration trends, synthesizing insights that sharpen Adobe's technical positioning in EMEA • Advocate for customer-centric improvements to Adobe's product roadmap based on real-world architectural insights and field experience • Represent Adobe at industry events, customer advisory boards, and technical forums to elevate Adobe's voice and credibility in the EMEA market

• Owning the design, test, and go-live technical aspects to ensure delivery of web, media and security solutions • Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers delivering value with every engagement • Acting as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic customers • Delivering coaching and training to customers to ensure value and usability from our products • Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations
