Qualifications - 5+ years of industry experience with Pharmacy Systems, U.S. PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) domain, with strong Analytical Skills and the ability to resolve Complex Business and System needs. - Medicaid experience is a plus. - 5+ years of experience as a Business Architect with experience in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC Methodologies. - 5+ years of experience in Requirements Gathering, System Architecture and Design, and Documentation, SSIS, and SQL. - 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders, writing functional and non-functional business requirements. - 3+ years of experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts and architects.
