Role Description OnTrac is hiring a Data Analytics & BI Analyst to support first- and middle-mile transportation operations. This individual will play a key role in: - Analyzing performance metrics - Supporting network planning and design - Contributing to strategic initiatives - Identifying cost and operational efficiency opportunities All in a fast-paced logistics environment. • Provide monthly reports on marketing performance to key stakeholders • Perform deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses on marketing initiatives, campaign performance, audience behavior, and utilization data • Proactively monitor and track marketing KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates) • Extract and clean data from marketing platforms for analysis and database storage • Build and maintain marketing reporting dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
