Customer & Marketing Data Analyst

• Provide monthly reports on marketing performance to key stakeholders • Perform deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses on marketing initiatives, campaign performance, audience behavior, and utilization data • Proactively monitor and track marketing KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates) • Extract and clean data from marketing platforms for analysis and database storage • Build and maintain marketing reporting dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a relevant analytical field
  • Proficiency in SQL (or Python)
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing Metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates)
  • Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, RShiny)
  • Familiarity with Marketing Analytics Platforms (GA4, GSC, GCM, Talkwalker, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
