Senior Associate, Business Systems

• Manage day-to-day EDI issues and troubleshooting across customer and vendor connections • Lead new customer EDI onboarding, including setup, testing, and documentation • Coordinate EDI integration expansion with our 3PL partners to improve order fulfillment and inventory visibility • Monitor EDI transaction flows and resolve mapping or transmission errors • Maintain EDI documentation and standard operating procedures • Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders across finance, operations, and supply chain teams in collaboration with the Director of Business Systems to document business needs • Document business requirements for NetSuite and other financial system enhancements • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications • Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows and identifying optimization opportunities • Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and process flow diagrams • Assist with NetSuite configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Support financial systems integrations and data validation efforts • Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery • Provide end-user support and training for financial systems and EDI processes
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, EDI operations, or ERP systems support; experience in a CPG or supply-chain-driven environment is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Basic understanding of EDI standards is required; experience with transaction sets (850 Purchase Orders, 810 Invoices, and/or 856 ASNs) is strongly preferred
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Exposure to EDI platforms (TrueCommerce, SPS Commerce or similar) is preferred
- Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and process flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general technical aptitude
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes and how EDI supports these workflows is preferred
- Hands-on experience supporting EDI operations in a production environment, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and onboarding trading partners is preferred
- Familiarity with 3PL systems and warehouse management concepts is preferred
- Understanding of manufacturing or distribution business environments is preferred
- Previous experience within a CPG organization is preferred

Team Leadership and Development Manage a team of Portfolio Operation Managers throughout the U.S. Lead hiring, onboarding, employee development, and provide values-aligned cultural leadership Lead career coaching and development efforts, foster and grow with your team’s high performers, and mentor others to meet their potential Support efforts to continuously identify, document, and adopt best practices and standardized operating procedures.
