• Contribute to the company’s strategic project of opening urban public transportation to competition • Coordinate and lead the accounting department’s contribution • Support accounting teams in accounting separation (detailed accounting) of Bus activities • Assess IT impacts with the AMOA teams • Represent the business and act as the customer's voice internally within processes • Analyze end-to-end existing processes • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to propose and describe target processes • Document processes and develop operational procedures.

• Assist in the coordination of contracts with the Business requestor, Finance and relevant Technology Services Personnel to develop the contract business terms • Assist with HIT Department Budget preparation and information gathering process • Ensure contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to • Maintenance and tracking of all contract issues from initiation to resolution with proper documentation • Provide input to evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations for acquisitions • Perform periodic audits of invoices to ensure vendor is charging negotiated contract prices

• Perform business analysis tasks by supporting stakeholders • Handle user inquiries/issues and enhancements to the system • Work with stakeholders to identify solutions including training and process changes • Provide required business expertise for project and production activities • Ensure compliance for required standards • Conduct complex analysis on reports to ensure system performance • Communicate effectively with team members and management
