• Drive Planning sales for the Retail, Hospitality, and Transportation (RHT) sectors • Act as the orchestrator for complex sales cycles • Align cross-functional teams to deliver a unified vision to our customers
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience of selling to C-level enterprise accounts
- 8+ years experience selling Planning Solutions and to the FP&A Persona
- Proven ability in leading or partnering on complex sales cycles
- Experience as a leader as well as a coach in a team selling environment
- Experience navigating the unique challenges and digital transformation goals of the Retail, Hospitality, and Transportation (RHT) industries
- Experience and understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs
- Ability to parse and articulate market requirements and effectively communicate with team with internal partners
- Implement sophisticated value-selling processes to position Workday as the premier partner for the Office of the CFO and beyond
- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners and alliances
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Provide Tier 2 Technical Support to all business partners • Work under limited supervision handling both routine and non-routine situations or questions • Provide prompt, professional communication with external and internal customers, including Delta’s Contact Center, Rep agencies, sales, marketing, and engineering • Respond to telephone calls and emails that require product research, both general and technical • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales Managers to help resolve more complex customer issues and concerns • Monitor all communication channels to ensure proper follow-up is done to resolve inquiries promptly • Ask qualifying questions to identify customer needs • Fully answer, and anticipate, the needs of our customers to prevent repeat communications • Address customer dissatisfaction with care, perseverance, and concern • Handle multiple tasks and make business decisions with little supervision • Attend cross-functional meetings as needed to support company initiatives • Mentor and train other specialists as needed during their onboarding or continuous learning, which may include reviewing their work and offering constructive feedback
